何晓波,上海对外经贸大学国际经贸学院副教授,硕士生导师(可指导产经、人资环、国际商务、数字经济、税务五个专业硕士研究生)、博士生导师(可指导产经和国贸专业的应经博士生),民建支部副主委。国际经贸学院经济系副系主任,人口、资源与环境经济学硕士学位点负责人。省部级人才项目青年计划入选者。

主要研究领域包括服务业及其劳动力市场。2012至今,发表英文论文18篇,其中包括JEEM、AJAE、RSUE、CER等SSCI共计14篇。中文论文发表于《经济学(季刊)》等杂志。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项(后期评估为“优”)、教育部人文社科青年基金项目两项,参与国家级和省部级课题多项。多篇决策咨询建议被上海市政协和全国政协采纳。

目前担任《产业经济评论》执行副主编、中国数量经济学会学术委员会委员、中国人文社会科学期刊评价推荐专家。
