  1. SUIBE Bachelor students entering NEOMA Master in Management Programme (3 or 4 +2)

  1. Each year during the term of this agreement, SUIBE may send students to NEOMA who have successfully completed 3 years or 4 years of studies with required credits in any Bachelor programmes at SUIBE, and meet the admission requirements set by NEOMA.  NEOMA will announce the requirements each year. The said students shall, subsequently to acceptance into the programme, enter into the 1st year of the NEOMA Master in Management programme.

  2. Students will get the Master in Management and a Master of Science from NEOMA in 2 years.  

  3. The number of students accepted onto said programme shall be decided jointly by the coordinators of the agreement.


  1. SUIBE Bachelor students entering NEOMA Master of scienCe programmes (4+1.5)

  1. Each year during the term of this agreement, SUIBE may send students to NEOMA who have successfully completed 4 years of full-time study with required credits in business related Bachelor programmes atSUIBE,and meet the admission requirements set by NEOMA. NEOMA will announce the admission requirements before the end of each year. The said students shall, subsequently to acceptance onto the programme, enter one of the NEOMA Master of Science programmes (See Appendix 1).

  2. The number of students accepted onto said programme shall be decided jointly by the coordinators of the agreement.

  1. SUIBE Master students entering NEOMA 1-year MASTERS of scienCe programmes  (1+1.5)

  1. Each year during the term of this agreement, SUIBE may send students to NEOMA who have successfully completed 1 year of full-time study with required credits in business related Master programmes at SUIBE, and meet the admission requirements set by NEOMA. NEOMA will announce the requirements each year. The said students shall, subsequently to acceptance onto the programme, enter into one of NEOMA 1-year Master of Science programmes (listed in the appendix).  

  2. The number of students accepted onto said programme shall be decided jointly by the coordinators of the agreement.  

  1. NEOMA ACCEPTANCE AND ADMISSION OF SUIBE STUDENTS oNTO THE PROGRAMmeS

  1. It is acknowledged that NEOMA must respect its admission requirements as specified in the Academic Regulations approved by the French Ministry of Education.

  2. The SUIBE student’s acceptance and admission onto the programmes shall be a step procedure:

  1. Candidates are pre-selected by SUIBE, pursuant SUIBE admission criteria;

  2. Candidates complete the NEOMA online application form;

  3. Candidates are interviewed by the program Director or his/her delegate and a professor of NEOMA. Depending on the number of candidates, the interview shall be in-person or on-line.

  4. Subsequent to the interview, each application is examined by the NEOMA academic jury which decides upon the acceptance or non-acceptance of each applicant;

  5. Subsequent to the said academic jury, NEOMA sends registration details to each applicant admitted into the programs;

  6. Once the candidates have completed their registration and made their down payment, NEOMA sends out their acceptance letters.

  1. Tuition fees

  1. SUIBE students shall pay tuition fees each year according to the programme they have been admitted to. NEOMA will confirm before the beginning of each calendar year the cost of the tuition for the following academic intake.  See appendix 1

  2. NEOMA Excellence scholarship could be granted to the best candidates coming from SUIBE.

  3. SUIBE students shall pay costs for housing, transportation, visa, food, books and all other personal expenses.

  1. HOUSING

  1. Students will receive assistance from the host institution in locating suitable accommodation.  The cost of accommodation, including food, is the responsibility of the student.

  2. All students must abide by the rules and regulations of the housing authority and NEOMA will not intervene on behalf of any students violating any housing rules and regulations.

  1. HEALTH/MEDICAL INSURANCE

  1. Each student is responsible for making arrangements for a suitable insurance plan, which must include sufficient medical coverage for the duration of their stay in NEOMA.  The cost of the insurance will be paid by the student.

  2. Students coming to NEOMA will need to register to the basic French Social Security System but it is recommended that students consider purchasing additional travel and health insurance to provide broader coverage.

  3. Students must provide a name, address, and phone number of an appropriate person to be contacted in the event of accident or illness.

  4. Students shall comply with any directives from NEOMA regarding any health or medical issue, including but not limited to, any requirements of quarantine, compulsory medical visits and the providing of necessary medical information to the relevant health authorities of both the institution and the government.
