研究⽅向
主要研究方向为资本市场视角下的公司信息披露及公司、管理层、投资者和监管机构之间的策略互动及其相互影响。具体主要围绕三个主题：
1. 公司信息披露决策的决定因素及其后果；
2. 非对称成本行为；
3. 公司的战略定位及其对整个企业运营模式的影响：包括公司⽂化、业务流程、管理系统和计算 机平台等。
