简介:

唐秀丽(1981- ),安徽砀山人,中共党员,华东师范大学应用心理学博士。现为上海对外经贸大学会展与传播学院副教授。研究方向为旅游企业管理、组织行为与组织心理。主要讲授课程包括《旅游心理学》、《心理学前沿》、《现代酒店管理概论》、《餐饮服务与管理》等。本科与研究生阶段专业均为旅游管理,博士阶段专业为应用心理学。2006年至今,在SBP、《旅游学刊》、《企业经济》等学术期刊发表论文10余篇,出版教材2本,其中《现代酒店管理概论》获2015年上海市优秀教材奖,主持上海市重点课程1项、上海市精品课程1项、上海市科研创新项目1项。2016年获得上海市育才奖,2019年获得上海市“三八”红旗手称号。

Brief Introduction

Tang Xiuli is an associate professor in School of Tourism and Event Management, SUIBE. She received her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from East China Normal University in 2017. Her research direction is tourism enterprise management, organizational behavior and organizational psychology. Her achievements include projectstextbook, papers, and some honors and awards.
