陈坚（ 1963--）女，现任上海外贸学院金融工程专业系主任，教授，硕导。毕业于上海财大国际金融专业、复旦大学和上海社科院世经所获经济学士、硕士和（金融学）博士学位。曾为加拿大Douglas College访问学者，英国杜伦大学商学院访问教授,美国太平洋大学访问教授。自1985年进上海对外经贸大学任教至今30年，经验丰富,先后承担了《国际金融》、《Money and Banking》、《金融工程学》、《International Financial Management》、和《固定收益证券》等本科和研究生中英文教学。主要研究领域为金融产品和国际金融中心建设等，先后在《国际贸易》、《上海金融》等核心刊物发表论文20多篇，曾获外经贸部国际贸易学会征文二等奖、贸院优秀论文奖等。主持过上海市决策咨询研究重点课题等10多个省部级和上海市教委学术课题。出版了《国际财务管理》等著作和教材4本，多篇成果被“国研网”予以转载。曾获校记功，“大江园丁”奖，校先进等多项荣誉。
Dr. Chen Jian
She is Professor of Finance in Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (SUIBE) now. She graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) and got bachelor degree in Finance. She got her master degree in Fudan University and got her Ph.D degree in Finance from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.
She has joined in Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade (SUIBE) since 1985. As Director of Financial Engineering, she is in charge of the major of financial engineering. She teaches courses such as “Money and Banking”, “International Financial Management”, “International finance”, “Financial Engineering” and “Fixed Income Analysis in CFA” etc,. She published several books such as “Corporate Finance”, “International Financial Management” etc., and published more than 20 essays.
