李艳霞(1982-),山东潍坊人,管理学博士,硕士研究生导师。美国管理学会(AOM)、中国管理学研究国际学会(IACMR)会员,研究方向为会展人力资源开发与管理、可持续旅游、会展与节事活动理论。主持教育部青年项目、上海市教委重点研究项目、德意志学术交流会(DAAD)研究基金等多项课题,作为主要参加者参与多项国家自然科学、社会科学、香港研究资助局研究课题,在国内权威、核心期刊发表论文十余篇,出版专著一部,并多次赴AOMIACMR等国际学术会议报告论文。在企业战略管理、领导力开发、平台战略与商业模式创新等方面有丰富的管理咨询和培训经验。20112012年赴德国奥斯纳布吕克应用技术大学开展教学和科研合作。

Yanxia Li is a lecturer in IEMS, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. She received her PhD in management from Fudan University. Her research interests lies in the field of human resource development in event industry, sustainable tourism, theoretical development in event studies. She has published more than ten journal articles, one book in academic journals, has been invited to present her researches in AOM, IACMR et al. She has conducted several researched under the support of Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education,Innovation Program of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission,Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD).
